The "Minoan Crete Team" will represent Greece in the International Competition of the Olympic cooking games, IKA Culinary Olympics , which will take place in Stuttgart, Germany on February 2024.
Under the auspices of the Υπουργείο Τουρισμού - Ministry of Tourism , the Visit Greece and the Περιφέρεια Κρήτης / Region of Crete , the Minoan Crete Team consists of well-known chefs who will participate in the traditional cooking category.
The menu will be based on Minoan cuisine, in a modern way. Eliama Daily Value EVOOs will be used at cooking throughout the show.
